Welcome to the Spunky Monkey Media Coaching Academy! By joining the Coaching Academy, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. What’s Included Each Month

When you join the Coaching Academy, you’ll receive:

• Monthly Strategy Session (up to 60 minutes)
  Each session is tailored to your goals and campaigns. Sessions are up to 60 minutes long. If your session is complete in less time, we finish early — your time is respected, and we won’t extend calls unnecessarily.
• Loom Mid-Month Review
  A personalized video check-in sent approximately two weeks after your live session, summarising progress and giving additional direction.
• Monthly Creative Strategy Report (valued at $195)
  A custom report with creative direction, ad inspiration, and marketing ideas — created by our team specifically for you.
• Winning with Facebook Ads Course
  This will be given to you once-off.
• Access to the Private Coaching Academy Facebook Group
  A community space to ask general questions, get support, and share wins.

2. Booking Policy

To keep things structured and efficient:

• You must book your strategy session within a set week of each month — either Week 1, 2, 3 or 4. You’ll choose your week when you sign up and we’ll stick to that flow going forward.
• Sessions must be used in that week. If you don’t book or attend during your allocated week, your session for that month is forfeited. No rollovers or reschedules outside your chosen week unless approved prior to the session.
• This structure ensures timely delivery of your Loom review and keeps momentum.

3. Session Delivery

• Sessions are delivered via Zoom unless otherwise arranged.
• Recordings and action items will be sent to you via email post-session.
• Your Loom video will arrive approximately two weeks later.

4. Payments & Billing

• Your membership is billed monthly via direct debit through Stripe.
• All fees are $495 + GST per month.
• Payments are processed automatically each month on your billing date.
• A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all new members. After that, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis.

5. Cancellations

• To cancel your membership, we require 14 days’ written notice via email before your next billing cycle.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the next billing date will take effect the following month.
• No partial refunds are provided for missed sessions or early termination within a billing cycle.

6. No Shows & Rescheduling

• If you miss a booked session without notice, that session is forfeited.
• Rescheduling is only allowed within your assigned week and with at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, it is considered a missed session.

7. Client Responsibility

• Coaching success relies on your commitment and implementation. Results vary based on your actions.
• You are expected to take responsibility for executing the recommendations provided.

8. Communication

• General questions can be asked via the Coaching Academy Facebook group.
• Any coaching beyond the monthly call and Loom video may require a paid one-off Spunky Power Session if needed (pricing available below).

9. Non-Refundable

• All payments are non-refundable, including missed sessions or unused benefits.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. You will be notified via email of any material changes.

11. Optional Extra Coaching Sessions (Once-off Spunky Power Session)

If you need additional support outside your monthly strategy session, you can book an optional Spunky Power Session. These are designed for ad hoc questions, mini strategy checks, or urgent feedback.

Pricing:

• 15-minute session: $95 + GST
• 30-minute session: $175 + GST

These sessions must be pre-booked and prepaid. Availability is limited and subject to scheduling capacity.
